Cyberton Motorsports knocking on the door

Post by FUEL on February 12th 2017, 1:10 am

Cyberton Motorsports during the off season made the switch to Ford, some were curious in wondering if the switch would be a good thing. I believe that question has been answered after the first 3 races. Cyberton Motorsports despite not having as many sponsors backing the team (KTM, 7 Eleven and Can-Am the only big sponsors supporting the team) they still get the job done and finish really well and compete at a very high level being a threat each weekend earning purse money to help push them forward and be the team they need to be to win races and a championship.

At Daytona we saw D.J. Kurtis dominate and lead a lot of the race until a speeding on pit road cost Kurtis a chance to win the DAYTONA 500. At Rockingham, Cody Llamas was the lead driver running top 5 all day being a threat until a late caution. The caution didn't play in Llamas' favor as he fell back to finish 15th and Kurtis rebounded by the caution to finish inside the Top 5. At Las Vegas, D.J. Kurtis and Cody Llamas were top 10 cars all day and Kurtis led the most laps until getting passed near the end and falling back to finish 7th.

Cyberton Motorsports is a very underrated team to start off 2017, both their drivers sit 6th and 12th in the main season points and have been quick in every race so far. Don't be surprised if you see one of those CBM's going to victory lane here soon.
