Nick Pericles: A Warning
Benoit Lothere-Irvine: 5 Grid Spot Penalty + 5 Point Deduction
Fitzwater Australia Racing: A warning for the entire team for trying to recreate the finale finish by the actions of Lothere-Irvine FAR will join Culo Ferrari with their penalty of rigging the races in their favor (Warnings lifted for both teams at Race 5)

FAR team owner Zachary Fitzwater Sr will have a word with the SCRL officials about the Warning to all Cars from FAR and calls the penalty "confusing and need an explaination" before race 2.
