Round 16 of Daytona

Heading back to Daytona Beach, Florida... A lot of discussion has been about the Sony Cup Series lifting restrictor plates for the race event. That's right, there will not be any restrictor plates on the cars for the race. The cars are expected to run 215-230 in a pack. The track surface is really rough like we seen back in March so we expect this to be a big weekend with handling. This race has always been a special one with the fans. Jenkins won here in 2015 but came up short of a 500 victory... can he get redemption? Can Dom Caps sweep Daytona for 2018? Who will rise to the occasion and score a victory on the high banks here in Daytona?

23rd this will be fun

Lap traffic ruined my chances of a Top 10 finish in my 200th SCS start finished 15th absolutely gutted and disappointed

D. Kurtis: "Our car was absolutely horrid throughout the race, a top 15 is all I really needed."

J. Kurtis: "A shame Hernandez didn't have much luck there, but Schwal did a great job out there, almost got us a top 10! Looks as if our team is getting better and better."

So excited to finally win a legit points race at Daytona!!! About time this one came.
