Full Time Cup Drivers Limited To Race In HNS

The fans have asked for it and the officials have listened. For 2018, any full time Cup driver looking to be apart of the National Series will be limited to driving. If you are a full time Cup driver with 5 or more wins in your career you will not be allowed to race in the National Series. Any driver below that win count can race in the National Series full time or part time, whatever they wish to do. A Cup veteran with 5 or more wins not running full time in the Sony Cup Series will be allowed to race in National Series events.

I like this ruling, since I will never win a race in my career so I can stay in the HNS.
