BMW Autosport Bought out by Nissan Engineering!

In Recent news in the offseason, right before the season is about to kick off..

BMW & Nissan make a deal of the ages. Nissan Engineering will buy out BMW's cars and field their own prototype race cars for the 5th season of the Verizon Elite Cup Series. Partial owner of BMW Susan Klatten confirmed this as well speaking out:

"We as an orginization have felt like the production from the VECS with our team's performance has been terrible. We are hoping that Nissan will fare off better than us with the spots on the grid."

Nissan has not came out with a public statement yet but both drivers from BMW are confirmed to keep their numbers and their spots.
