Rounds 19 & 20: The Donet City Doubleheader
United Nations peacekeeping force brought in to ensure driver safety in Xbalto Islands
Next weekend is a double header event in the Xbalten Capital of Donet City. With the recent escape of supreme leader Cancelia from the Amarian Super-Max Prison, there is a huge concern that trouble could arise in the Xbalten Islands. Plus, ever since the deposition of Cancelia, the political stability of the Xbalto Islands has been shaky to say the least. Some political scholars even believe that the Xbalto Islands could experience a civil war between the main island of Donet, and the secondary Yabanda Island.
In Season 21, ARCSOA raced on the more liberal/United States friendly region of Yabanda. However, the Yabanda Peak circuit was destroyed in the Xbalten/Amarian War. Therefore the race will take place on two separate temporary circuits in the Xbalten capital of Donet City.
The residents of Donet City are not too big of fans of American drivers. Donetoians believe that the United States should not have interfered with the war between the Xbaltens vs. the Amarians.
As a results, the drivers that live in America are under a constant kidnapping threat this weekend. The threat for the Myatt family is even greater this weekend, as Kenny Myatt is married to the daughter of the Amarian Prime Minister, making Madeline Myatt the granddaughter of Amarian Prime Minister Eric Forsythe.
The Myatt's have consistent United Nations bodyguards surrounding them at all times, due to the heightened threat of kidnapping for political gain.
All other drivers, are required to check in with U.N. peacekeeping forces every 4 hours between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM. In addition to that, there is a strict 8 PM curfew in place for drivers to be back in the U.N. secured driver compound. Any driver not back in time, will institute a full scale lockdown of the country, while U.N. peacekeeping forces attempt to locate them, and bring them back to the compound safely.

Team Flame Racing has released Estavas Cortez due to the sponsors (Rebellion and Telmex) not paying Team Flame. TFR has already put Johann Arndt in the 34 to replace Cortez, the team will still run Estavas' sponsors at Donet City because of the sudden move. After this though, Moshe Gurion will drive the 38 sponsored by Mobileye and the 34 will be driven by Arndt who will be sponsored by Allianz

Moss: "Why do we even race here? It's a scary place to say the least. And plus, I almost got caught off guard when those Donetians came up to me and Tucson Xiao-dong after we got off the plane. They were ready to fight us over something, I don't understand these politics."

Arndt: I really don't understand why we continue to come to these islands when the situation is still bad. I guess we have to live with it and try to make the best of it.

Alex: "Certainly a place where we have to watch our toes as drivers, Has always been this way, but this year is probably the worst its been."
Vincent: "Why are we racing here again?"

Kurtis: "We need to be careful out there, Dega was rough for us already, don't really want to have any unnecessary troubles here. Aiming to just run my normal race."
Re: Rounds 19 & 20: The Donet City Doubleheader
Caldwell: "Honestly, i'm really scared of the Xbalten Islands, and this is literally the last place I'd want to be, but I guess we have to, so let's just get a good race and get out of here quick."

Jack Hallec replaces Eric Demax for rest of season
Action Terra has been known this year to have a rotating driver line up. Eric Demax's rather lackluster performances have placed him off the ARCSOA paddock. To replace him, Action Terra has brought in Australian Jack Hallec. Hallec will be participating in his rookie season next year for the new Pirtek team. However, Donet City, Texas, and Port Skyline will give him a bit of a head start on the Rookie of the Year battle next season.

Arndt: The first race didn't go our way, but the second race went just a little bit better for us.
