How a race becomes "official" Season 24 edition
A race can end under the following pretenses.
-Race is run to it's completion
-Race's WILL NOT end under yellow without a two-lap dash attempt or other extraneous circumstances.
-Races will end under yellow if weather is not permitting a finish, or track damage is experienced. 75% of race must be completed in order to end the race.
-Races that have over 10 laps to go that reach a 2 hour limit. (For 130/200 mile races only)
