Round 2 of Rockingham

Post by FUEL on March 15th 2018, 11:42 pm

winner mentioned:
Griffin: Man, we had a good come from the back going there. Qualifying setup sucked, but race setup was great. Just got clipped by Fitzy. Got lucky I didn't get the wall and was able to recover to 20th. So, we are 7th after 2 races, I'm happy with where we are at the point. Hopefully we can keep running well and get an early season win.

How about my teammate though? [laughes] No, seriously, Dom [Capps] and that whole 6 bunch have worked hard all this off-season and to see then on this season opening tear is incredible. Maybe that MM 1234 is possible here soon.

D. Kurtis: "We've got some catching up to do. We knew Caps was gonna be strong this year, and so are the others. Going to try and get some solid runs to at least move up in the points. Very satisfied with 3rd, but wished the lapped cars weren't such a pain."

J. Kurtis: "Sucks that Hernandez failed to qualify again, but Schwal got us a decent result. We'll try and improve for next week."

Ended up getting 6th. My car became more tougher to handle on the final green flag run and had nothing for those guys ahead of me.
