Sunoco Elite Series: Season 4 - Sunoco Royale Info and One-Off Sign Ups [CLOSED]

Yep, this is still a thing.

Welcome to the revised version of the Sunoco Royale!
This season we have changed a few things so stay with me here.
First things first, Mid-Ohio is gone, and Homestead takes its place at the Royale!

Here's how this is going to work;
There will be one-offs this season as usual, but qualification will be different. The reigning Royale champion, the winners this season, and the top 5 in points without a win will be locked into the Royale, they cannot be bumped out in qualifying heats.
These people include:
William Karlsson Jr, Carson Bauers, William Brock, Kieran Malcher, Jack Hallec, Yevgeny Kuznetsov, Adam Vincent, and Max Anderson, along with Audra Baranauskas, the reigning Royale champion. The top 5 without a win has not been decided just yet, so we cannot submit that yet.
From there, one-offs will join the remaining drivers and try to qualify through 2 Duels to see who will set the rest of the field. After that, we take the people locked in and the people who qualified their way in, and put them through a qualifying session to see how they line up in the main events.

The main events work the exact same as they did before, everyone lines up, does the first main event. After the first main, we take the finishing order, flip it, and start the second main, your score will be combined score, your 2 placements added together make a score, lowest score between everyone wins.

THIS WILL NOT BE A POINTS RACE
It is off-schedule meaning no points will be awarded for placement, but at the end, the Sunoco Royale Champion will be given a win, and main event winners will not be scored a win. This is a for glory race, this is also the place where rookies can make a name for themselves and try to go big!

One-off teams will not be permitted this season, but every team gets a 4th driver slot as usual to fill with a one-off of your choice.
If you have 2 drivers already in the series, you cannot sign-up a third, but if you only have 1, you may sign a second

Welcome to the Team

Roush Racing Enterprises will use the #16 on their one-off car, their driver is unknown, but they will be entering a fourth car.

Tristan Wilhoit will be driving the #16 Verizon Ford Mustang for RRE.

Jon will be on the free agent list now, so we offer Tim Grant the 49 (can be renumbered if so wanted)

Trailblazer Motorsports signs British touring car driver, Dan Bartlett, to compete in the Sunoco Royale for the team.

Tim graciously accepts HHR's offer and would like to use #17 if possible.
