Finale moves to Yas Marina, Myatt buys Ohio Motor Speedway

After another display of rampant arrogance by the Washington D.C. promoters, Kayla Tonney received an offer from the government of the United Arab Emerates to pay for all the teams to send their cars to the UAE, and to run the finale there.

In another story, ARCSOA Elite Series driver Kenny Myatt  has recently bought the Ohio Motor Speedway. Myatt at the press conference announced a few things.

Myatt stated, "I am looking to repave the track with an asphalt surface. I am also looking to install a lighting system around the track. For Season 20, I think we may have a night race at OMS!"

I made a small schedule change. I didn't like 5 straight road courses finishing out the season. So I moved Darlington down to Round 20.

OOC: I made a small change on the schedule. I substituted one Temporary Airport circuit with another.
