Sunoco Elite Series: Season 5 Silly Season [CLOSED]

OOC: I cant believe we made it, 5 whole seasons. All I can say is thank you guys for always being there, and always helping me. Without you guys, I would have a mediocre series based off ARCSOA, and nobody wants that. So just thank you, it means the world to me to have the support I have for this series, and I have no intention on ending it soon, but without further ado, welcome to Season 5

Welcome to Season 5 of the Sunoco Elite Series, heres whats changed:
~ Lowering the field from 42 to 36 permanently, to allow for more one-offs to appear more often!
~NEW LITES SERIES YAYYYY
     Now with this new lites series having 2 SES teams drop, we will have at least 6 drivers from SES fall, so these sign ups are important!

We have now begun the part-time phase of Season 5, this is a new thing coming along for future seasons to come! Heres how it will work:
There will be an extra 4th driver slot for 6 select tracks on the schedule [Pensacola, Road America, Las Vegas, Armory Digitial, Calder Park, and La Colina] The FA list was wiped, so you must re-enter your driver for the part-time slots. (A fourth slot hasnt been added on the roster yet, since I dont know which teams want a part-time, so as a driver is signed, a lot will open)

If we get enough part-time slots opened, we may need to go to a qualification system to figure out which 6 would lock into the race.

This is completely optional, as the points earned by the part-time drivers do not count towards constructors, instead part-time drivers will fill their own separate leaderboard where their average points are what is taken into account, meaning consistency is key.

Rules for Part-time:
~Part time does not allow tertiary drivers to compete, meaning if you have 2 drivers in SES, you cannot have a part-time driver.
~A team may not have more than 2 different drivers in their part-time slot per season, but may obviously start a driver in multiple events.
~Drivers must either come from the PLS roster, or have past SES experience.

Bio: Often known as the class clown of the paddock, Jack Hallec always has a cheerful attitude (except when he does not) and has playful antics that are really rather charming and simply add a level to his personality. On paper, he is a great racer having claimed two wins and many top tens, but even in his faults, he always will return the day to night with a smile.

(So more or less, Jack Hallec is a free agent until further notice)

Bio: Considerably more on the inactive, or introverted side of the stick, coupled with his hard to comprehend accent and his calm aggressiveness, but gentle aproach, Dack Jovic has had various talents, especially in rally crossing in the racing industry claiming over six wins. However, in SES, he has had a tough time finding his footing and finding his rhythm as for he did in rally car racing. On the flip of a dime, he's there, and he is steadily improving not only his English, his introverted turned extroverted nature and even his racing career, he simply needs a little bit of help.

(As with Hallec, Jovic is unconfirmed but will look out for offers as well - he may choose very well to stick with RRE if they so choose to return him).

Bio: Aidan Shepherd is an American race driver driver that has raced since he was 11. At the age of 19, he made it into a professional racing series, the AOWC (American Open Wheel Championship). Shepherd got his first win in the series at the age of 20 on the final race of the season. After coming third in the championship next year, he was hearing rumors of a worldwide stock car series starting up. He decided to join the series abd write his name in the free agents list right after the first signup, Benoit Lothaire-Irvine, where they became friends after meeting each other. Shepherd's career has been with the SES ever since.
