TBH, I wouldn't mind doing a draft series. Maybe after a season, I can hold a draft for team members that are leaving their respective teams. Each Team May franchise up to 1 driver to hold on to, and maybe I expand it to 4 car Teams. Maybe instead of driving as individuals, we add up their points as a team.
