2018 Round 23: Pike's Peak

Post by DKurtis on October 31st 2018, 10:56 pm

After a long hiatus, the Hardee's National Series is back in action, this time at Pike's Peak! The 1.060 mile race track has been iconic for its truck racing back in the day, but with new pavement, there is a lack of rubber. There will be slipping and sliding, as these drivers will try and find the preferred line on the track, as well as obtain the most amount of grip possible. TJ Martin comes off of a win at Oklahoma the last time the HNS raced, while West still maintains a comfortable gap over Martin. The races are winding down, and time is running out. Martin will have to capitalize if West experiences issues. Everyone else in championship contention is hoping BOTH of them experience issues.
