The Isle of Man Super Car Runoff Empty The Isle of Man Super Car Runoff

The Isle of Man is a tiny island located in the Irish sea. The island is known for having one of the most dangerous and deadly motorcycle races in the world, The Isle of Man TT on the Snaefall Mountain course. However every September the Isle of Man hosts a Super Car runoff series.

This runoff tends to determine who the best driver/car combo is in the entire world. Manufactures tend to bring out the FASTEST cars they possibly can for this race. The best drivers in the world will also be on hand to challenge this 32 mile road course.

The track itself is quite dangerous. The track at some points do not have walls, and the drivers are at risk of flying far off circuit into farmland or worse off the mountain itself. Luckily no one has done that since 1989. However, if there are walls, they are typically made of stone and are very primitive. Hitting one of them at high speed can almost mean certain injury unless the car holds up well.

Here is a list of the last 10 winners of the event.
