CarViewer Issues ~ Please Help!

All of a sudden, starting yesterday my CarViewer has been slow af. It takes a minute at the least to update the texture I want and continuously goes under the "not responding" junk.

I'd like your guys opinion on what I should do to fix this. Do y'all think it's a problem where my laptop needs to be cleaned or something bc my Gimp has also been slow when rotating the image and sometimes when pasting pictures.

Any suggestions on what I should do or what might be happening?
