2017 SILLY SEASON
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
This is the 2017 Silly Season.
DRIVERS... If your current team owner you drove for in 2016 hasn't confirmed a ride for you in 2017 then you will not be on the list as a driver for 2017. If you are looking to be in the series simply comment your drivers name and tell how you would like to be in the series and team owners might hire you. Team Owners will either message you off Facebook, Skype, The Website, or might just simply comment back on here asking you to drive for them. You will have to agree with them on that deal. It is up to you and your team owner to confirm this deal with either me or Yamp so we can lock it in for next year.
TEAM OWNERS... You will need to pick out car numbers, sponsors, and drivers during Silly Season. I highly recommend you guys worry about car numbers and sponsors first off. If a car number or sponsor is not on this list then that means it is open and you are free to grab it. I will need you guys to comment it below as followed down below... Whenever you guys hire drivers you will have to set contracts. Either by a certian month of the year or year long contracts. Remember Team Owners, this is a decision you will stick with for a long time! However, this season I will allow this. You can end the contract early if the driver of your team is 30th or lower in the points. So if you are a good team and your driver is 30th or lower in points you are allowed to fire him. Contracts are put in place so we don't have unnecessary fires of drivers or drivers leaving teams.

Re: 2017 SILLY SEASON
Martin Motorsports will continue to operate a 4 car operation powered by Ford. We will also keep the same staff behind the scenes, meaning Luke Martin is still the owner of Martin Motorsports and Jeff James is still President of the team. We are currently looking for 2 more drivers to fill up the roster. Here is our lineup at the time being…
#15 Jeff James - Natures Bakery/GoDaddy.com Ford (Signed until 2018)
#60 Aaron Taylor - Roush Performance/Hopeless Records Ford (Signed until 2018)
#9 Jordan Davis? - Stanley/Dewalt/Siemens Ford (Not signed, but in contract talks)
#12 TBA - Verizon/Shell/Pennzoil
There are 2 openings on the team right now. We are looking for drivers that are very interested in the series that will really appreciate their time on Martin Motorsports. Rookies and veterans are welcome, as long as you will stay involved with the series and try to watch every race.
If you are interested in driving on of our cars in 2017, PM me on this site. We are willing to give any dedicated racer a ride, but signing won’t happen right away, we will go through the list of interested racers and Jeff and I will decide who we think will have the best chance at bringing us a championship. Even if you’re new, don’t be afraid to say you’re interested, we have turned rookies into champions in the past.

Driver of Matt Rodriguez, I would like to extend my contract with Horizon Racing. This hasn't been my season at all. Mid season I've been going the right direction and I'm still am. I will like to extend my contract. If they decline my offer i will be looking for other opportunities that will be best for my career

You couldn't claim anything except stuff your team already had until today. I kept the 9, I had first dibs because I had it last season, and I got the 12 before you today. Sorry, but it is what it is.
