Talladega hasn't really been friendly to me in my career, Idk if I've ever scored a top-10 there. Hope that all changes and I can bring my #17 Ford up to the lead and stay there.

After race, maalik was unable to get out of the car on his own due to passing out after being dehydrated. Nevins crew members had to help him out of the vehicle and sit him next to the car and talk with him. Nevins was given water and 10 minutes layer was okay. I believe that is the second time that has happened to him

INTERVIEW
NEVINS: Yeah I'm okay now, but after that wreck or air-conditioning stopped working and so did the radio and I couldn't hear my team well so I was driving blind after that, didn't want to lose track time so I had to rush out the pits without receiving water and the car just got hotter and hotter
Tough race overall
