Levi Pascoe In Hospital During Off Season

Post by FUEL on December 7th 2016, 3:17 pm

During the off season drivers are off doing their own thing enjoying the winter break from racing or either doing something to pass the time til racing season starts back. Levi Pascoe the rookie during 2016 announced he'd return for Athenian Motorsports after an incredible championship bid in 2016. Pascoe finished 3rd in the overall points with only 6 top 10 finishes all year long while grabbing a win at Oklahoma to help put him in the chase. Levi nearly pulled off an upset by winning the championship in a wrecked car he nearly came back and won it. Levi was out doing a commercial business operation with fellow teammates and company Caterpillar that will sponsor Athenian Motorsports in 2017, when a freak accident happened where a transformer fell on him and Pascoe was sent to the nearest hospital. Luckily, Pascoe didn't break any bones or have any major injuries. He stayed over night in the hospital to make sure their wasn't any internal bleeding. Levi Pascoe said, "Definitely not a good thing to have happen, crushed my guts but luckily that's all it did."

Levi Pascoe was sore but he was released from the hospital a day after it happened and will get ready for the racing season coming in 2017.
