SUMS Racing has been in action since 2015. They have announced that they will no longer compete in the Sony Cup Series after 2017. They have been in contention many times on super speedway's over the years to win a race but just hasn't grown the way they were hoping to over the years and SUMS Racing decided after 2017 they will drop to the Hardee's National Series in 2018 and plan to go from there. Hayden Kline their driver has been given the okay to look around for other opportunities as well because the team doesn't plan to bring him back for 2018 in their HNS program.

Well I was trying to help them out. Hoping to at least finish the year strong for them. Also wishing good luck for their 2018 HNS program.
