Round 8 of Michigan
Kenny: Another high speed oval. I am wondering if we ought to spread the schedule out a bit better next season.

Jack Hallec: "Ah great, yet another high speed track to bite me in the arse....bane of me existence. Ah well, this be what I get meself inta' fer tryin' to make meself a career here in ARCSOA."
Jack Hallec: "I be holding out me some hope fer the chance to do well. Michigan is the only super speedway I like...and that be because it be the American 700. Get me ta' a roadie, please. I cannot complain though....high speed racing be fun as all bloody 'ell!"

Freeze: Back to the fast 2.0 Mile oval at Michigan. After a great Kansas Run by RDR let’s see if we can carry that momentum.

Re: Round 8 of Michigan
Noah Hart: We plan to bring our Fontana car here to Michigan. Our car was made to be good on the long run and be able to have straightaway speed. We're hoping it's going to be just as fast. I have a good feeling we'll be a Top 10 car. I'm not sure how good it'll be in a short run because at Fontana that's something we struggled with but I think we'll be okay. I'm not sure our car will be as good as Silverspeed or John Arndt's car because they really have it figured out with finding speed at tracks like these. We'll just have to wait and see when we get to the track.
Re: Round 8 of Michigan
Griffin: This will probably be the hardest race for me outside the series finale. Last AES race near home. Have a lot of friends and family expected to turn out as well.

Re: Round 8 of Michigan
Qualifying rained out, Starting Grid determined by points
Heavy rain swept through Brooklyn Michigan on Saturday causing qualifying to be cancelled. The field will be starting on driver points. With that being said, Michigan isn't exactly the easiest track to pass on believe it or not. So expect this race to be one where the points spread could grow even more.

Kenny: Three front row starting spots in a row for Noah! This time it was pure luck though.

Re: Round 8 of Michigan
Arndt: Starting up front will be helpful. Now we need to stay up here.
Davis: We want to get Monaco into victory lane. We're also getting set up on our Developmental Team. We are looking to do good next season and we need to develop better.

Dover: Well, this should be fun... I get to be a pesky backmarker. Yay. I hope you all know that was sarcasm.

Pit strategy and avoiding the big one will be key for both Pirtek Cars to finish well

- Hallec radio com:
- Hallec: Alrighty, mates. I be startin' 17th and I be hopin' fer a good, clean race. I am heading to me car as of now.
Crew Chief: Aye mate, ya start 17th. Go out and do your best.
CC: Green flag is out, go Hallec!
Hallec: Aye, I think me brakes are not good. Somethin' be wrong with me brakes.
CC: It be only lap one, Hallec. Keep pushing.
(Lap 2-35)
Hallec: Alright mate, me brakes be poorly. They be not full broken as I be plowed inta' some wall, but me brakes are defective.
CC: As long as yer not hitting any walls mate, stay up on track.
Hallec: Chief, me brakes be nearly worthless.
....I be losin' spots left an' right.
...I be scraping the wall every lap, mate.
I do fancy a car with brakes, and I be wanting off this track.
...Me bein' slow lad, I am putting me fellow chaps and the guys in the paddock at risk.
CC: I do not bloody care! Stay out on track and just get us something good.
Hallec: 'ell no. I be comin' and yer checking them!
(Lap 35-100)
Hallec: I think me brakes broke! Mate, I be havin' a hard time slowin' fer pitstops.
Ah, bloody 'ell. I told ye! I be gettin' a strike fer that, and I be unable to stop. I bloody told ye!
The front of me car be knackered. Who be I hit? Ah....mate.
I be quite peeved with ya, lad. I acquired a sense this be an outcome with me bloody broken brakes.
Ah 'ell.
Hallec: "I be still quite mad with me chief that he told me to stay out there even with me poorly brakes. That be the reason I brought 'er in the first time because me brakes were obsolete. I had me a great chance to 'ave a grand ole' day, but me brakes had other plans and I be a danger to the lads out on track because of it. How it could get worse is if these lads in the office give me a strike for smackin' the back of the #78 because I be unable to stop."
Hallec: "Ah, joy, the bad luck has returned to me, and perhaps it be smiting me in all counts. Ah, at least I had a podium this year. Onto the next race, I infer."

Freeze: Good call by the 05 guys to put early and play pit strategy. Eric and Rehall were solid all weekend. Good race for RDR overall.

Re: Round 8 of Michigan
Arndt: Started off strong, but we faltered off. This is disappointing. I won't lie, consistency has always been an issue for me and I wish I could resolve that issue and I could do much better. Lost the points lead, but at least it was to Noah. If I have to lose it to anyone, Noah would be the guy. Let him go out the best way possible.
Davis: Definitely looking good for us. All three cars ran well and it's looking good for us.

Kurtis: "We were really off all race, couldn't really get up there. Just another disappointing run."
Re: Round 8 of Michigan
Noah Hart: Great run by Treck today. It's cool to see the oldest driver in the garage taking names and kicking butt as his age. As for us we were really fast today and we were a Top 5 car all day long. We finished great and took the point lead! Consistently finishing in the points.
