Eugene Demax buys out Mace Enterprises' HNS Assets and forms a new team
Nick Mace, owner of Mace Enterprises, has announced that he has given all of the team's HNS equipment and assets to one of his former drivers, Eugene Demax.
Therefore, Demax has created his own race team known as "Texan Motorsports." Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Demax plans to pick up where Mace Enterprises left off on their HNS program and plans to build that success even further. Texan Motorsports will field a 2 car field and already has a couple of sponsors confirmed with Procore staying onboard along with First Data, Credit One Bank, and Chevrolet Accessories. No drivers have been announced yet but Demax are still looking for valid candidates for the job. However it is already confirmed that Eric Demax, his son, has apparently rejected the offer to drive for his father's new team.
