OOC: So did Tommy Turbo not even put in a qualifying lap? Not that it matters to me, since my main guy made it in .
Dodd: "Qualified mid-pack(17th), ahead of guys like Myatt and Baskinger. I'd call that a good effort by our team. Just gotta stay out of the mess early, and pick our way through the field one by one, and be there at the end."

Nikula: I've accomplished so much in open-wheel and racing in general I guess. Winning this isn't one of them yet. And I hope to make it that way for this race. We're starting in P22 which kinda sucks, I thought we could at least got a top 15 but you can't get 'em all. Good luck to everybody competing and let's get a win!

Giegers: 15TH! I think I've impressed Ferrari today. I've always wanted to drive for them because being from Monaco it's like a little of Italy in France so this is a Dream come true!
Roush: Made the field! 27th but I can work with it, proud of myself for making the show!
Kruger: didn't make the show, none of my racing in Europe could help me with this at all. I knew I should have gone with my Stuttgart pride and went on a Porsche's team

Re: (CLOSED: READ QUALIFYING PROCEDURE) 2016 ARCSOA Indianapolis 500 Signups
Question, why do qualifying 2 weeks before the race? It's not a big deal honestly, but I feel like if qualifying was a little closer the thread wouldn't go dead before the race. It would go dead until qualifying and then be active until after the race if it was closer.
Just a random McBlair thought.

ANOTHER UPDATE
Due to popular demand by ARCSOA fans, ARCSOA Officials decide to expand the grid to 35 cars. The last time the Indianapolis 500 had 35 cars on the grid was 1997, the controversial year that Roy Van der Pesch won due to a rain-shortened race. In other words, Ricard Kruger and Amy Shelly get the two spots.
