S. Kurtis: "I signed up for the team believe that we could have a shot at winning some races. ARROW Dynamics has done a good job giving me the opportunity to race this year, and for seeing the speed CM Racing has had so far this season, I think it can be a good decision to go there. My brother D.J. knows Dodd pretty well, and they are friends for a reason. Hopefully, I can show better results at CM Racing, because luck hasn't really been on my side this year."

Guerra Resigned for the #14, Driver of the #39 Still Unknown

Kurtis Racing owner Joseph Kurtis has decided to resign Jerry Guerra for the #14 for 2017. With a good run at Daytona and Charlotte, the owner made the decision to keep Guerra around.

"I've seen how he performs on the track and from the feedback D.J. gave him in the past, and with some solid results I've witnessed, in which the runs he's received were top 5s, I believe Guerra has the potential to help the team out. As for the #39, I'll have to wait and see how Roberds can perform in the next couple of races. My interests so far for the #39 are Emma White, Matt Daleo, Cody Llamas, or William Brock. Having a Cup driver inside the #39 can help with our funding and potentially make the team stronger."

Emma White to join Red Stallion Racing?

Emma White's sponsor No Fear will be leaving Fearsport and going to Red Stallion Racing. What does this mean for White? Well she hasn't been contacted by Fearsport, so as of now she doesn't know where she is going. "I've built up a relationship with the guys at Fearsport" said White in an interview on Tuesday. "I would love to be back in the seat of a Dodge after working with Allen (Family Racing Team) and with the guys at Cloud 9, but I'm unsure at the moment." Emma has been contacted by Red Stallion asking if she would like to continue to run the No Fear car just in a Toyota. "There is a lot to think about we'll see in the upcoming weeks." Other teams have taken interest in White, but it is unknown if she will get offers from them.

Mike Mart Jr: We Believe That White Will be the best driver on our Roster next season. Of course We have been looking at other prospects, Such as William Brock. Time will tell if Emma Will Join Red Stallion."

Fearsport WANTS Emma White to Return in the 40

Things are true. Not that Red Stallion stole a certain number in the team beforehand or the former sponsor of Emma White's car currently in the series, but yes. Fearsport will be in Dodges next season. Could White return to Fearsport? It's up to her as she is really a driver the team needs.

Athenian looking at prospects
Going into 2017 Athenian really wants to be going for both the Song Cup Series and Hardee's National Series championship, and are putting all they can into each series. As of right now they have no idea who to fill their rides with. A few prospects have been looked at though. Current driver Michael Cavagnaro might get a contract extension. Drivers like William Brock are also on the table. "Cavagnaro is showing us what we like right now" said Athenian owner Benjamin Owens. "He's a strong driver and we would love to have him back." We tried to see if their were any other drivers they were interested in but they wouldn't budge. "If I told you that other teams would know our recruiting strategy." We will just have to wait and see what plans Athenian has in mind.
