You suggest South Africa

I would like to run a fictional oval in South Africa. It can be anywhere from a short track to a speedway... just no restrictor plate tracks!

Idk about Maui tbh I never seen or heard of it. There are 2 over tracks in Africa but don't know it on the top of my head
