Jacob Hart said at Talladega on his chances of advancing to Washington D.C. with the chance of winning a 3rd Sony Cup Series, "It's a typical question you'd get asked in this scenario. Of course I'm thinking about it but I'm also thinking about other things. Racing is fun and has been a big deal to me in my life. I have other things in my life I want to take care of. Other dreams I want to accomplish. My brothers dream is to be have one of the best teams in this series so that's his focus and why he's retiring but I'm not going to be here forever. I eventually will slip out of racing and go do something else and well its been on my mind and I can't think of any better way to go out than to win another championship and beat one of the best driver's record of championships. To have the most championships of any driver is an incredible thing to think about and is the goal we are trying to accomplish.
President of the Sony Cup Series
Roush: I had already chosen Jacob and Levi to win the championship. I wish you luck Jacob. It's surely something to have ONE championship, but the MOST is definitely an accomplishment in itself.
