Pushanda unveils strict personal conduct guidelines
ARCSOA Interim CEO Vijay Pushanda, in the recent aftermath of the Ike Gonzalez allegations, has unveiled some very strict personal conduct regulations that all drivers in the series are bound to. This addition in the rule book, as highlighted by ARCSOA chief competition director, Todd Haley are labeled under the topic, "Actions deemed detrimental or inappropriate to representatives of the series."
In this guideline, ARCSOA has laid out some VERY strict guidelines based around legal laws of the United States. If a driver is found to do any illegal action off the race track, they are immediately put on probation. If a driver is under investigation for any illegal activity that takes place at an ARCSOA sanctioned event, they are banned from competition in the series until an internal and any external investigations are completed.
If a driver is found guilty of ANY law resulting in jail time, they are BANNED from the sport indefinitely.
Also, any positive on a substance abuse test, can also result in an indefinite from the series. The only way to get that ban lifted, is by completing a rigorous drug evaluation program, and by waiting the mandatory 5 season waiting period.

Griffin: "While I'm a firm believer in 'innocent until proven guilty', I'm not surprised the series higher ups are putting this in place. We drivers represent the series and as such should be putting our best foot forward."

Pericles: "What a way to put a black mark on my championship Lol. This act and these guidelines go hand in hand. When someone like Gonzales acts out in frustration through such a horrid way of going about it, it not only makes the driver & team look bad but the ARCSOA as a whole. This series holds nothing but the best drivers in the world. It's time drivers start acting like it."
OOC: Wth is this "Molesting" Storyline???

I don't think you want to know that because a couple of us Married drivers have kids and I don't think any of us want to say anything about that storylineRedViperGaming wrote:Pericles: "What a way to put a black mark on my championship Lol. OCC: Omfg, Ike could've been so good too. Third in the BFM Developmental Camp and eight in his first arcsoa race. He really fucked up by making that story like.

OCC: Idk if you'll read this Hood, but how tf does one casually think of making a storyline about MOLESTING another driver.FitzwaterAustralia59 wrote:OOC: So true. Smh.
