Stock Car World League: Round 13 of Gravis City, SR (Story and Sign-Ups)

Round Thirteen is coming close and for the first time in SCWL history, the series will be going to the capital of The People's Kingdom of Soyuz Razrusheniy (SR). The nation which boasted its previous lands of beautiful city and architecture was almost no more when the neighboring Socialist State of Der'mo decided to attack and take control of the country. The two countries began to war for control of the previously beautiful capital of the SR. The once blue skies now are blanketed by grey skies as the effects of the war changed the city. What used to be the beautiful architecture of the buildings is now converted into factories. Only affecting the skies more and more. The last hope the nation wanted to help guide them out of their current situation is to try to reach out to leagues from around the world to only be eventually denied. The only hope that gave the nation hope, and to hopefully change the views of the people after the war is to open the city to the SCWL as now the nation preps for not one event, but two.

The qualification process will be different from any SCWL event. As previously stated, the top 20 in points (excluding the Culo Ferrari's) will be locked in. The rest of the field will compete in one heat with the top 10 moving on, the one-off field of 20 cars will also compete, with the top 10 moving on. The final 22 cars from both heats will race in a Last Chance Qualifier for the final two spots in the grid. This event will be located in another part of the city as the finalized field will take to the large Grand Prix course.
