IARC Ratings System and Submission
Add a number before and after a slash to each line. The number before the slash will be the number added to the minimum rating, and the number after will be added to the max. So, across the 4 lines you will put 8 numbers, in which the total will amount to 100.
FOR EXAMPLE:
Aerodynamics: 5 / 10
Chassis: 20 / 25
Engine: 10 / 20
Reliability: 0 / 10
Category 1A – Team Vehicle Ratings
Aerodynamics: X/X
Chassis: X/X
Engine: X/X
Reliability: X/X
Category 1B – Team Crew Ratings
Consistency: X/X
Speed: X/X
Strategy: X/X
Yes I know 1B has only 3 lines. Just make your 6 numbers add up to 100. These will have a different base rating. Category 1 Ratings are universal throughout your team.
Category 2A – Driver Tendencies
Aggression: X/X
Consistency: X/X
Finishing: X/X
Qualifying: X/X
Category 2B – Driver Track Abilities
Road Course: X/X
Short Track: X/X
Speedway: X/X
Superspeedway: X/X
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Notice the min and the max aren’t at a fixed difference. My main goal with this was to avoid the typical “90-100, 80-90, 70-80, and 60-70” system, or systems like it. I’m looking to get variation in the numbers here.
-You can put negative numbers as well.
-The max number must be larger than the min, obviously. Just putting this here to cover all bases.
-I have not decided on what the base number will be that will be applied to all cars. I would recommend not putting any single number larger than 40. What I’m leaning towards is a base of 55-60, though this is far from final. If your max goes over 100, what I will likely do is add the difference back to the minimum. So, if you want to stack all your points in one area, go ahead
-Anybody who doesn’t just put numbers ending in 5 and 0 will become my hero.
-I probably just confused everybody didn't I
FOR EXAMPLE:
Aerodynamics: 5 / 10
Chassis: 20 / 25
Engine: 10 / 20
Reliability: 0 / 10
- Spoiler:
So, if the base rating is 60-65...
Aerodynamics: 65 / 75
Chassis: 80 / 90
Engine: 70 / 85
Reliability: 60 / 75

Re: IARC Ratings System and Submission
Personally, I'm not really a fan of NR2003 series doing ratings systems mainly because I find them confusing.

There are 8 total numbers in each category, 4 minimum and 4 maximum(1B has 6, 3 min., 3 max.).
You have to make the total of those 8 numbers(6 in 1B) equal 100.
Now, since I believe you are only a driver and not an owner, you do not have to worry about category 1 at all, just category 2. Here is an example using simple numbers(5 and 0)
For instance:
Road course: 10/20=30
Short Track: 5/10= 15
Speedway: 15/20= 35
Superspeedway: 5/15= 20
So: 30+15+35+20= 100
Did that help any? And don't forget, while you are doing these, to check the schede to see how many of each type of track there is(spoiler, there are more road corses than anything else).

Basically, instead of having set stacks for the ratings (IE: -6, 0, 3, 9), you get to add the stacks yourself at your discretion. The stack for the min and max don't have to be the same, but in each category, they must equal 100.
