2016 TEAM AND DRIVER SIGN UPS (Closed)

I felt this series was needed on multiple reasons. We have lots of people wanting in the SCS and this lower series would help be a ground breaking series for new comers of all sorts. This series is not for you to throw in your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th driver you may have. I don't want the same people in SCS throwing different drivers OF THEIR OWN in this series because this series is to help reach out to new comers. The series is more stocked and it will not be having a Chase system and we will only be having 20 races in this years season. Feel free to own your own team if you are going to be active. I will be making a sign up video on Youtube once we have the teams to have a sign up video if we do not fill the rides off people on this site.


Comment your drivers name below if you are looking to race full time in this series and owners will ask you to drive for them. I'll let just about anyone own a team if you want! Just be reasonable with your car count please.... Have fun guys.

OCC: I don't know what is happening with the sponsors, like I have no clue if we choose our numbers and sponsors, or if we pick numbers and sponsors that already exist together. Explain that part to me a little more.

I know that Sums racing cannot compete on the main stage, so I will not be starting that team down here.

OCC: Yea, I change up the sponsors for the #61 and #81 a lot. But Starbucks will always be the #41's sponsor, which is weird cause I'm not a Starbucks fan...

Turner-Fenway Racing to expand into Hardee's Series

Due to the success of TFR in the 2015 Sony Cup Series season, winning both the driver's and owner's championships, the team has decided to expand their racing program into the upcoming Hardee's National Series, to give new coming drivers a taste of what it's like to professionally race with an SCS connection.

The team will field two cars, and are welcoming new sponsors along to the program to help this cause.

Jesse Turner comments, "I feel like it's a good idea for us to invest in this series, hire a couple new drivers into this community, and see what they're made of. Chances like this don't come around that often. I was in their shoes too, just trying the best I could each race, and then getting the resources together to form a championship winning team. I can't wait to see who we can recruit, and we're glad to be a building block for new talent coming into the SCS."

C.J. those sponsors are overzealous and having 3 cars was too especially. You're knocked to 2 and I'm okay with the sponsors, but I would like if you changed them.

Since you are doing a Dale throwback how bout you have the #3 be Midas and the #88 be Pennzoil. That way the throwback in cup is more special.

The only issue with that is the colors would be to similar. Ok, I guess I change the Wrangler for a different sponsor. In fact, I'll go for something completly different...
