AES Update

As you know AES has been on a bit of a stand still. Honestly I am not liking the way this is going and I think it is departing a bit too much from where it should be. However one of the problems with AES is, I can't really do a whole lot with it anymore. I love the series to death. If I hadn't it would have ended a long time ago. However after 19 and 1/2 seasons. I am struggling to come up with original ideas. The timeline is also screwed up as it doesn't correlate with anything either. I have done this before, and something always keeps getting me to come back to Elites. But now I am very much considering putting Elites on a indefinite holding pattern. Right now I have another idea that could possibly become the next NR2003 league. The struggle with Elites is, I can not figure out where to go with it. One of the problems also with AES is that, over the last few seasons, SCS has been better then AES. I will be the first to admit that! Hence why I might go in a different direction.

The idea I have is a Formula 1 style league that takes place only in America.

-Each state would get a Grand Prix. (All Road Courses)
-Two car teams
-24 car grids, I may allow more cars but there would be pre-qualifying.
-A new universe/possibly joining up with SCS canon again. (Yes that means, Jeffery Finguy can be alive in this series! )
Etc...

Also another provision is that I will continue to run American 700's as one off races. So the idea would be that AES would become mention only. Meaning it still runs but I won't be running races. Therefore I will still allow drivers to race in it.

I don't mind it.

It's fine, although I'll miss the AES. Although, 24 cars... I'd consider increasing that a bit, although your don't get as many drivers as Noah, there may be arguments over who gets which ride, depending on how many people give this series a shot.

Alright but 2 big stories are coming with this format
1. The Race Field is too small. I would say 28 cars would make each race.
2. What will happen to the AES
