Jacob Hart back to SUMS Racing at Pocono

After an incredible run by Blue Flare Motorsports #81 Team at South Boston finishing 3rd the team leaped from 36th back inside the Top 35 in Owner Points, 35th. That grants Blue Flare's #81 car a locked in spot to Pocono and bumps SUMS Racing's #14 car back into the Go or Go Home Session just before main qualifying for the race. FBR and SUMS under an agreement to help each other with engines want to make sure the #14 races and have Harple start Pocono. Harple will drive the #83 FUEL Brothers car and J. Hart will drive the #14 SUMS Racing car.

Last time they did this was at Daytona where Jacob needed to use his past champions provisional to get the team into the race or they would of went home otherwise. At the end of Daytona in the closing stages of the race Jacob was inside the Top 5 in position to win, however running out of fuel coming to the white flag dashed that. Hart is hoping to but SUMS back inside the Top 35. Jacob said he will help SUMS all he can to lock them into the races before the Chase. Once Chase time rolls around Jacob will stay in the #83.

OOC: Who gets the Past Champions provisional if both Perkins and Hart don't qualify? I think it would be Hart, but I have to wonder what does the speed fall back on beyond that?
