Swapped Oklahoma and Texas because the Oklahoma updates won't be ready for the opener.

Re: Season 23 Schedule
Updated the schedule again... I am testing a new opener track because Texas World didn't work... Depending on if this track passes my tests, it will take the opener, and Texas Motor will go to #10.

Re: Season 23 Schedule
Round 10 is at Road America. Hopefully this is the final schedule, but if the series makes changes completely understand. Get it right better than do not get it right at all

Re: Season 23 Schedule
Port Skyline International Raceway may not be ready for season finale
As a result of the Xbalten-Amarian war. The Port Skyline International Raceway was heavily damaged in the war between the two feuding nations. It was expected that the track's facilities would be ready for the finale race. However, it is becoming clear, that that may be a bit of a stretch.
Track president Myuma Konglidor stated, "As you can see, we have no facilities. Our garages were heavily damaged. Our press facility was blown up in the air raids, and our main grandstand needs to be rebuilt. It is a big ask to try and get the track ready for the season finale."
ARCSOA CEO Jeff Kelly stated in a press release, "We hope the Port Skyline International Raceway is ready for our finale. However, we are currently looking at other alternatives for the finale circuit. If we find a track willing to participate, the Amarian race may move to become the Season opener of Season 24."

Re: Season 23 Schedule
Washington D.C. back in the running to take the finale back
After a few years without the finale, the leading contender for the Season 23 championship race is right now the old Washington D.C. Speedplex. The facility has gone through an up and down past, with notoriously heinous looking wrecks and bad management. Despite this, recent management changes have made the track more desirable. Former ARCSOA CEO, Vijay Pushanda has purchased the track, with the anticipation of initially holding the season opening race for Season 24. However, this opportunity may be too good to pass up for Pushanda. It is expected that if D.C. grabs the finale, Port Skyline will move to the opening round of Season 24.
