Sean Harple signs on with Athenian Motorsports in 2018

Our 2016 Hardee's National Series Champion has found little to any success in the Cup Series in the past few years. Harple has been a Toyota driver for many years but with FUEL Brothers Racing shutting down, Harple was forced like many drivers to try and find a new home for 2018. Harple's chances at a top ride for next year didn't look that good as his stats for 2017 hadn't been impressive to many owners however Athenian Motorsports has reached out to Harple to drive the #31 CAT, Cheerios, AT&T and Rheem Chevy for next year! 

Athenian Motorsports is expanding into a 4 car team for next year but is looking for some momentum in building into a top winning team. They've won in every season they've competed in (2015 and 2016) but have yet to earn a win this season with Levi Pascoe, Eric Burton and Charlie Smith. There's still time but the team is looking to the future in hiring on HNS Champion, Sean Harple to help build the team for 2018.
