OOC: Post Away

Dover: I feel like I will be in the way, my car is probably too slow to be out.

Jack Hallec: "I be hoping to continue this luck. Two great races back to back. I 'ave had a very mixed early season so far..but it be takin' a turn fer the better."

Jack Hallec: "Aye....I be doing me best, lads."

Dodd: "Ahh yes, the beautiful Mid-West! Kansas is gonna be fun... I hope..."

David Levin: "Time to get over what happened at Illinois, and get a solid run for the CJ Racing team."

Bobby: Ah Kansas, the most boring state in America. Better hope the track doesn't get hit by a tornado.

John Arndt: We need to regroup and come back and bite at this race. We can't let what happened in Illinois get us down. Now is time to set up more of a cushion.

Jeff Davis: Didn't have a great Illinois, so I hope we don't get this down on us.

Rehall: "Ohio tops Kansas in the boring sector Bobby.."

Freeze: Kansas is going to be interesting look forward to the challenge for RDR Racing.

Hallec: "Oi...did me ears hear that Tristian Wilhoit will be piloting th' 25 car? Aye me. Prank wars 'ave just vamped up a could pegs if I do say so meself."

Hallec: "Ye pesky little bluebird! Quit tellin' me these rumours! I be havin' yer arse cooked tonight, ye bloke!"

Monaco:Alright Lets see if we can Shake all the Bad Luck off from The American700 and Illinois im really looking forward to getting a good finish or Getting a Win here in Kansas

Uh, Kenny.... after this race we'll have to say we're not in Kansas anymore, and I'll have to call the 22 car Toto.

New pavement highlights high speed racing at Kansas Motor Speedway


Kansas was a late entry to the ARCSOA Elite Series schedule. There were plans to run Kansas in Season 25. However, the early finish of the reconfiguration of the track, coupled with the fallout between the city of Ferguson Missouri and ARCSOA officials has elevated Kansas to the Season 24 schedule. 

Cooper has designed a particularly soft tire for Kansas. Which is holding up incredibly well on the brand new Kansas track. The high speed nature of this track makes this track particularly nerve wracking for the drivers however. 

"Luckily we aren't packed that much. However, if there is a caution, I would expect it to be a vicious hit," stated Xios driver Madeline Myatt.

Kenny: So @CJRacing replaces Roush with Tristan Wilhoit? Well, the whining won't go away. But the quality of racer in the #25 has multiplied by 4.

Dodd: "Says the one that complains about something before, during, or after virtually every race..."

David Levin: "While we are saddened that things have happened this way, we are excited to have Tristan Wilhoit take the reins. His driving ability is obviously well known, and his experience will pay dividends as the rest of this season progressions."

Kansas yikes. Heard about the soft tyre for the race weekend idk how this is going to go

Kurtis: "Hometrack for the Kansas and Missouri boys basically. Hopefully we get a solid run at the track, always loved Kansas."

Kenny: I am thinking qualifying will be more important in this race than any other. 

Kenny: With the tires we are using, it's actually making this track really difficult to get a run on. We are so spread out, that restarts might get pretty crazy. 

Kenny: Track position will be the absolute bare minimum thing to watch in this one. 

Madeline: Considering we are so spread out, I hope we don't see a wreck. However, if we do see one, it's going to be a huge one with the speeds we are seeing here.


== First Practice==


Kenny: Jesus Christ... it takes balls to pass someone on this track.

Kenny: The speeds around here are too damn high. We are going stupidly fast around this track. 215 down the straights is insane.

Bobby: Man you guys are wimps. Open wheel cars always go 220+ around here, so i don't know what you guys are talking about. Its going to be a boring race for the fans however.

Pericles: Unless someone pulls some dumb crab again..

Kenny: Swept the front row again. This time car #9 is on pole! 

Kenny: Great run Noah... These kids aren't gonna see what we are throwing at them.

OLINASports: Looks like Wilhoit's return to the ARCSOA Elite Series didn't go as well as he would have liked. Wilhoit is starting 34th. 

OLINASports: Malachi Cohen was three seconds off the leaders pace. Only car starting behind Cohen is Wallach who crashed in qualifying. 

OLINASports: Pirtek Team Australia scores two top 10 starting spots with both KR Subaru's starting up the grid as well. 

Madeline: Starting P25. What a screwed up looking grid. 

==Final Practice==

OLINASports: John Arndt and Beka Moss tangle in practice. Both going to backup cars. Both drivers give up their starting spots on the grid, and will slot in 34th and 35th. Wallach starts behind them.

Jack Hallec: "Weeeeew! 220mph is really sickening fun, lads! I 'ave no regret going this fast! I also now realize that I am a wee bit drunk and I be in me RV....I 'ave got to sober up before qualifying....aye."

Jack Hallec: "That be like it! Top ten fer both me n' Fitzy! We be havin' a great opportune on our hands. I be really hopin' this will be our turn-around so we have a grand season....if me luck carries over."

Pericles: "Reminds me of Indy type speed... on a smaller track.... oh boy"

I wont survive this race thats all im going to say

Alex: "220? Talk about deja vu, a track where we go over 200 miles an hour and its dangerous, just another ARCSOA race."

Vincent:"I'm just glad I am not out there."

Dunbar: "My dad told me about this sensational track and that it reminds him of Texas. Having won open-wheel races at Texas, he and Felicity [Dunbar] have given me some instructions on how to conquer Kansas."
