Season 1, Round 4: Fairgrounds Speedway

Heather Halden, who qualified 9th for Nashville Fairgrounds told the press she was really disappointed with her results today. She was a mix of emotion,
you could tell, but she held her composure during the pressure.

"I want to first say that I am very, very proud of my team-mate (Haxley) for winnin' this here wildcat of a race at Nashville. I was behind him up until the very end of the race where a lot of cars, including myself were taken out. I'm proud that he was able to give our team a win even with two of the team's cars bein' unable to finish. He was able to enact upon the carnage and win a race. Props to you, Haxley!"
Her demeanor then grew rather serious looking and she continued on saying, "That was a very unlucky race for a lot of drivers here left with nothin' but tickets on the tab since they have to do a check to pay their team..I reckon'. Y'know, to get a new one?"

"My Cheetos car ran decently all day long, an' even after the restart, I was potentially looking at third, and maybe even a shot at the win. Then my car ran out of juice like it did the first stint and I slowly drifted back and was involved in the big'un. It is a shame, and my luck has seemingly dispersed from this cowgirl hat I wears. I am wantin' to have our team a good race, y'all can bet on that. Wheres we off to now, folk?"

Not a good day in the slightest for Texan native Heather Halden as she'd have her first DNF of the season and her career; she finished 22nd.
