2018 Round 22: Oklahoma
Matt Daleo surprised many fans and drivers alike as he marched through the field and once he took the lead, he never looked back. Daleo obliterated the field, leading more than 75% of the race. Cory Williams gave him a challenge, but ended up just short. As a result, this is showcasing the massive amounts of improvement the Dodge factory has shown as the season is coming towards its final stretch. Jake West, despite the damage, managed a top 5 run, maintaining his points gap on his competitors. John Arndt had issues early and was unhappy with Matt Daleo after the race due to his aggressive maneuvers in passing.
The drivers now head to Oklahoma, where the Sony Cup Series has had its fair share of events, with the recent event ending with Levi Pascoe winning the race as an upset. Despite the wide amount of track, it is a short track in which the laps nearing 20 seconds, so the race itself will be relatively quick if it goes to a long green flag run. However, a common area for trouble is entering pit lane, as the transitions are relatively tricky, and the notoriety of chaotic restarts with lapped cars on the inside could prove to be a nuisance for many drivers as well. Track position will be key, as tire wear will not be as bad as anticipated, so many drivers will see this as an opportunity to be more aggressive on the track, and with Daleo's win, it's given the other Dodge drivers a good sense of hope in which they themselves could obtain victory.

Re: 2018 Round 22: Oklahoma
Alex Benyacko on Pole, looking to try and regain some momentum
Alex Benyacko has had a slump of bad races, and stated he was frustrated at the results he got. However, a glimpse of the speed from the 1st half of the season showcased today as Yacko managed to snatch the top spot in qualifying over 2nd in points Anthony Marchesi.
TJ Martin qualified a strong 10th, while West and Arndt would qualify 23rd and 24th, respectively. West has lacked the qualifying speed overall, but seems to always come back onto the right track when it comes to race pace. It'll be interesting to see how the numerous amount of fast cars will march their way through the field.
