SIGN UPS FOR THE VERIZON ARCA SERIES

RULES:
Like I said, I DO NOT want drivers who are in the other 4 series to sign up for this series. This is a lower series for rookies.
If you are in the 3 main series, you can OWN a team, but DO NOT sign a driver that has already been signed to a team in the other series. So that means i shouldn't see familiar names from the cup, xfinity, or truck series.
(Also you MUST use a realistic name and no fakes..please.)
