CJ Racing's Training Grounds(10/2016)

Hey ya'll! I have one last spot available(NOW 2 SPOTS) on my team in the ARCSOA Europe Series(AND ONE IN THE ARCSOA LIGHTS SERIES), and since I want to get more involved in these series, I decided to start a "Training Camp".

My idea was gonna be to start it at the beginning of next season(S22). Basically it would be like one huge international scouting project, and would(hopefully) go over the period of an entire Elite Series season. Everyone would start out in equal cars(+points if they have past experience in the ARCSOA), and as the season progresses some cars/drivers would get better, and some would fall back. And then maybe at some point there would be a cutoff, where the bottom guys would get "cut" from the camp.

However, since I have one spot(3 SPOTS) left on my team, I am starting this early!

You can sign up to 3 drivers(depending on if you are already in one of the series already or not)
So all I need is:

Hometown:
Age(between 15-30):

I will give the drivers random aggressiveness levels, just to make it a bit more interesting...

(One last note: This is an International Series, so while you can be USA, it would be preferred if it isn't, at least not all the drivers).

Yay, 5 drivers have signed up so far! I will wait a few more days in case anyone else wants to add drivers, and then figure this out and hopefully start in the next couple of weeks.

Dodd: "Well, as a driver he definitely has the experience, but the cars are going to be all identical, so he needs to be careful and make sure to keep his emotions in check on the race track, which is an issue he has had in the past."

Ben Gurion No Longer Guaranteed Ride, LFM Anounces

Ben Gurion may not drive the #88 after all, after some issues with his getting his Visa to come to the USA, according to reports. While the situation looks to be resolved, there are still some concerns in the LFM camp about future issues, so they have told Gurion that he will have to work his way through the CJ Racing "Training Camp" if he wants to have a shot to make it.

This means that there are now 2 spots available, and should make this "Training Camp" VERY interesting.

OOC: I decided to add a bit more intrigue into this...

I am currently looking at using 6 tracks(2 practice sessions and 4 races) as a part of this "Training Camp". I'm thinking 2 road courses, a Superspeedway, a 1.5 mile track, a short track, a dirt track, and either California or Michigan... Any track ideas would be helpful, and if someone wants to really help me out, I would like to learn how to properly change the .ini ...

CJ Racing's Training Camp Schedule(SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Testing/Practice Round 1: Indianapolis Raceway Park
Race 1: Auto Club Speedway(Home of the American 700!)- 13 Laps
Race 2: BTCC Brands Hatch- 12 Laps
Testing/Practice Round 2: Daytona Night
Race 3: Lime Rock- 10 Laps
Race 4(Finale): Maui International Raceway- 28 Laps

How the Testing/Practice Rounds will work:
3 Sessions of 10 Minutes each, Fastest lap out of the 3 Sessions will be their Fast Lap.

How the Races will work:
First across the finish line wins! Bonus Points for top 3 Fastest Laps in the race. Maui will be a double points race.

How the Points will work(Double Points in Maui):
1st- 15 Points
2nd- 12 Points
3rd- 10 Points
4th- 8 Points
5th- 6 Points
6th- 5 Points
7th- 4 Points
8th- 3 Points
9th- 2 Points
10th- 1 Point

3 Bouns Points For Fastest Lap Per Session(Practice, Qualifying, Happy Hour)

The cars are done! All I need to do is add them into the game, change a couple of the ratings, and we'll be set and ready to go!
