Cope has confirmed they will not be on the grid next season. I think they made a post about it on Facebook.

Sieg is likely staying in the 39 since his dad owns the team. Starr's future at RSR is up in the air

Hope Cole Whitt has other routes to go down rather than to stay with Mark Smith's crappy team.

My guess is the addition of GMS Racing's entry, but I'm not sure or really surprised.

RCR plans on running five Xfinity cars next season, the final two being for the Dillons/Menard/standalone drivers
