Tough luck in the main event for Aidan Shepherd. Shepherd started on the pole position, but got forced three wide into the narrow Turn 7, forcing him off the track and fading to mid pack. He never recovered and received a bit of damage on pit road, forcing him to finish the race in 42nd place.
