News went out last night that Scott and Nevins will be out of the race car, Fisher Motorsports has signed a deal with Emma White to drive the #22 Toyota. She is scheduled to drive at South Boston, Texas World and Talladega. The team is outside the Top 35 in owner points and will need to qualify their way into the race.
