Simon Fairchild: "Round 3 is in the books, and what a dominating performance it was by Vanquish Tech's Arthur Löwenherz, who led all but one lap and all but ran away with the race here at ICAR.

As as expected, several teams really bounced back here, including SkyTech Racing and Longfellow & Whitehouse Racing. It remains to be seen whether they can keep this up or not, but it is a good sign. On the other hand, Windhelm Motorworks continues to struggle, a big disappointment for a team that was expected to do solidly this season. But there is still a long way to go, and anything can happen."

Biggest Mover(s):
+2; SkyTech Racing, Erzhan Zhumabekov & Lucia Delacroix

After every race, we will have a ranking of where the PWCOM teams stand, not so much on the actual points standings as much as just what we feel like is their overall performance during each race.
