Top 35 RULE To Return

To make Qualifying more simple to the public we are making the split up qualifying come to an end. Usually we had 24 cars in one session run for 5 mins, and 24 cars in one session run for 5 mins and Top 18 in each session made the race however after the swap to this years Owner Points some people found it confusing with the whole splitting the video in qualifying and not knowing which session they are in.


We are now doing the Top 35 Rule again. Where the Top 35 in Owner Points are locked into the race and the teams outside the Top 35 in Owner Points will be forced to qualify in the Go or Go home session and Top 6 Go or Go Homers will make the round, Top 7 if a PCP is not needed. After we determine who makes the race and who goes home we will run another 5 min session to see where the entire 42 car field will start for the main event. All in all we will still have 2 five minute sessions but the first sessions for the first 5 mins will be Go or Go Homers determining who makes the race and the second session will be the main pole day qualifying session and afterwards you will see the 42 car line up how they stack up for the race!

I'm praying BFM will make their comeback. It's not good for our rep to be just around the top 35 mark with only one driver over it
